    School Holidays Suck

Cause all my bloody clients piss off and don't come to train!! I'm down at
least $460 this week, because 6 sessions of people have cancelled on me.
Grumpy Katie, very grumpy Katie. And they don't want to see Katie mad, cause
those sessions are MUCH worse. :-)

Been a bit slack on the old reading / posting of blogs recently - my
apologies! But I want to give a massive shout out to KatieP and Donna, who
are rocking the weight loss / fitness world!!! KatieP is competing in a body
sculpting / fitness modelling competition in a month (which she will kick
butt in) and the lovely Donna is going to be looking super dooper for her
    overseas jaunt!!

Did yoga today with Batesy the PT Manager. Was hot, sweaty, hurt and yet
centred my head and made me feel all chilled out - just the way I like my
yoga. Also did weights ala Batesy, which means minute sets of things - today
was leg press, chest press and lat pulldown - quick, effective, and I hurt.
Pain is weakness leaving the body. ;)

I want to enter the Oxfam Trailwalker this year (Tiny Donna, you'll remember
that Shannon did it last year and he talked about it in the spin class??).
So me and my Dad are set, but we need two more for the team, and people who
can raise money like a trooper, cause we're looking at getting in only if we
can raise $5,000 in sponsorship (eep). So, I guess that leads me ask:

    a) anyone know anyone that wants to go in a 100km, 1-2 day run / walk event
    in August, and

    b) anyone want to sponsor us when we do??

Can't blame a girl for asking.

Half marathon in a month. Am utterly slack at present, and am hoping that
the Oxfam thing will actually require me to get my rear end into gear.

I love Tiny Donna, She Always Finds The best Things!

    You Are a Dash
Your life is fast paced and varied. You are realistic, down to earth, and very honest.
You're often busy doing something interesting, and what you do changes quickly.

You have many facets to your personality, and you connect them together well.
You have a ton of interests. While some of them are a bit offbeat, they all tie together well.

You friends rely on you to bring novelty and excitement to their lives.
(And while you're the most interesting person they know, they can't help feeling like they don't know you well.)

You excel in: Anything to do with money

You get along best with: the Exclamation Point

    Blah.

I'm just really flat at the moment. I went through this whole period of GO,
GO, GO! And now I've just plateaued again energy-wise. I'm just not feeling
    it.

Work is good, have picked up a couple more, which is great, and have a
couple more people on the wire who MAY want to train with me when we finish
our freebie sessions that they've bought. (Freebie for me, they pay $70 for
a "triple pack" and get three sessions with me.) Slowly building, which is
awesome, and hopefully getting some results from some people so that they
are super happy and can then refer other people my way.

Its grand final week this week - I'm in all three night's grand finals for
basketball. Lost last night by 6, with a foul count of 15-4 AGAINST US. You
can tell my happiness at that. We got lovely coffee mugs for our troubles
($55 a week in court fees for each team, $80 a year in rego for each
player), but the winners only got coffee mugs with some chocolates in them,
so gee, not really missing out on much there. Will win another crappy coffee
mug on Wednesday night, and then another one on Sunday. Seriously - anyone
know of anything they could buy that is a) anymore pathetic or b) anymore
totally useless?? It's a mini coffee mug for goodness sake!!

But apart from that, it's blinking quiet life-wise people. Nothing much to
report, unlike the super people who's blogs I read.

Tiny Donna - yay for your weight loss (you rock), and yay for your Mum
coming oh-so-close in the Mother of the Year awards!

Kitty - eat some food! Your boss sounds awesome and I hate to tell you, I'm
    an Angelina girl myself.

Katiep - You're totally going to kick ass at the competition, you're so
dedicated and driven it hurts just to read what you're up to!

Beth - much love your way girl.

Jadey - travelling all over the countryside, I'm envious!

Jaysey - move to Australia, or at least get out of the South. They're inbred
hicks, and are going to slowly drive you insane. :-)

If I've forgotten anyone, sorry! I've been reading, just not writing.

Am going to try and keep myself accountable and get my training into gear.
Batesy the PT Manager is riding my arse to make sure I get to where I want
to be, but sleep and such is difficult at the moment, because I'm just
really shattered all the time. Urgh. I'll get there.

Anyone got any spare motivation lying around??
